Addressing Labor and Employment Law Matters So You Can Focus on Your Business

Labor and Employment Law is challenging to navigate and changes rapidly. Stewart Law Firm, P.C. helps Employers address those obstacles with expertise gained over 23 years’ working with Employers, unions, mediators, arbitrators, and employees in the public and private sectors. I approach all matters for Employers while considering overall practical and operational considerations.

Over 23 Years’ Experience Among Employers and Employees

Over the last 23 years, I have worked with many public and private sector Employers, which employ anywhere from a few employees to several hundred. I work with Employers as a trusted legal strategist keeping in mind how to best prevent time consuming and costly situations through planning, preparing of policies and procedures, training staff, and navigating complex situations such as employee discipline, collective bargaining negotiations, workplace disputes, and labor relations.

I frequently represent Employers in state and municipal administrative hearings such as with the Illinois Labor Relations Board, negotiations with various unions, and numerous mediations, arbitrations, and grievances with client favorable outcomes which create strong Employer policies and procedures, reduce workplace friction, encourage cost-effective operations, and allow the Employer to meet their goals and offer services.
