Over the last 23 years, I have worked with many public and private sector Employers, which employ anywhere from a few employees to several hundred. I work with Employers as a trusted legal strategist keeping in mind how to best prevent time consuming and costly situations through planning, preparing of policies and procedures, training staff, and navigating complex situations such as employee discipline, collective bargaining negotiations, workplace disputes, and labor relations.
